I teach and practice an active lifestyle. This means that physical and mental activity is something that occurs throughout your day, everyday. Whether you are stretching, hydrating, practicing body awareness, practicing concentration and relaxation techniques or working up a sweat, you are filling your day with activity. The key to my technique is building your intensity level both physically and mentally. Your body is capable of much more than you think. You will learn a variety of skills that allow you to take charge of your body like never before.

Choose a Personal Trainer Session Package.
Included In each Personal Training Session Package is a Wellness Assessment. This assessment enable me to develop a complete picture of your fitness and diet routine past and present as well as how they fit into your overall life choices and goals. Included in this assessment are some basic personality questions that will help me to develop a wellness program based on your own particular strengths and weaknesses. The Wellness Assessment takes approximately one hour to complete.
